New and Rebuilt Parts Warranty: – Powertrain Plus Truck Parts

– Powertrain Plus warrants its new and rebuilt heavy-duty truck parts to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of twelve (12) months (Transmissions and Differentials (24) months,) from the date of purchase, without mileage or hour limitations. This Warranty is not a guarantee and requires proper installation and maintenance of the components and vehicle.

– We will repair or replace, at our option, any parts claimed to be defective, provided our inspection of said failed part discloses to our satisfaction to be defective.

– All warranty inspections will be performed at our facility in Cinnaminson, NJ.

– We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damage, including labor involved in the removal or installation of parts, or any financial losses, additional costs, or downtime.

– The owner is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the vehicle as specified in the applicable OEM operation and maintenance manuals.

– We are not responsible for failures resulting from owner or operator abuse or neglect, such as:
– Operation without adequate coolant, fuel, or lubricants
– Overfueling, overspeeding, or use of aftermarket performance parts
– Overheating
– Lack of maintenance of lubricating, fuel filtration, cooling, or air intake systems
– Improper storage, starting, warm-up, or shutdown practices

– We are not responsible for failures resulting from improper repair or installation, altered parts, or parts not approved by Powertrain Plus.

– This warranty covers parts sold and used within the United States and Canada.
